  Francis served us and was an amazing staff member with a smile and an amazing attitude. Loved the food and the wrap was amazing! Will defs be back. (The red head behind the counter was a bit rude to staff though sadly)

  The reason I give 5 stars is because of the way they handled the mistake they made. My partner and I ordered a whole chicken and asked if we could have "No" Breast piece. The manager said they don't normally do it but he could do this for us. When the meal came out, there was "All" breast pieces, which was obviously a miscommunication. We took it back and the manager got involved again and told us not to worry and that he would cook up all leg pieces for us. He then proceeded to tell us that we could also keep the chicken they had brought out by mistake, on top of that gave us a bowl of free chips. I really appreciated this customer service 10/10.

  Very rude manager. Refusing to serve the chiken in half peices. Completly un happy ate here before and was served by other staff and everything was great but this time she claimed to be the manager and was rude and had an atittude problem. No people skill whatsoever. When the food was served it came the way i asked it to be but i still don't understand the reason she had to waste 10 minutes arguing.
